   After completing the song and its b-side, Thank You Girl, they wanted to record two more Lennon-McCartney originals. They were One After and What Goes On, but there was only enough time to tape one. The group recorded four takes of One After , along with an edit piece which began at the guitar solo and lasted until the song’s end.

   The Beatles Sessions is a fantastic album that cuts across much of the Beatles recording career. My understanding is that "Sessions" was considered for release after the Beatles broke up but, as with all things Beatles, something changed.3/5(3).
